Walburn Hall in Walburn, Yorkshire

WALBURN is a sparsely populated township, including moorland, belonging to J. T. D'Arcy Hutton, Esq., Marske Hall. It formerly belonged to the Scropes. Walburn Hall, the former Scrope residence, has long been occupied as a farmhouse.
