Sir Carr Scrope of CockeringtonSir Carr Scrope of Cockerington, K.B. was the eldest son and heir to his father Sir Adrian Scrope of Cockerington. Sir Carr Scrope of Cockerington, M.A. of Wadham College Oxford, was created a Baronet on the 16th January, 1667-8. He died unmarried in 1680, at which time the Baronatcy expired, and he was succeeded by his only surviving brother Robert Scrope, esq. of Cockerington. |
